Olivia DeCesar, Instructor and Trainer

Olivia has taught at Fallowfield since 2004, starting with only a few lesson students and building up the program to what it is today.  Competing at the local, regional and national level in hunters, jumpers and equitation, Olivia brings a large amount of experience to the arena. Her teaching style puts a big emphasis on "feel" and understanding of the horses' motivations and produces soft, kind riders who share her love for all things equine.  As the coach for the Mon Valley Interscholastic Team and the Washington and Jefferson College Intercollegiate Team, Olivia spends a lot of her time teaching riders how to communicate with a variety of mounts and attending various team competitions.  During the 'off-season', she and her riders frequently attend area Mountaineer Hunter/Jumper Association and Western PA Professional Horseman's Association shows with great success.  Additionally, Olivia offers her training skills to a select number of horses each year.  Olivia is available for both group and private lessons seven days a week.  If you're interested in getting more information on riding lessons or horse training, please feel free to call her at (412)860-3320 or use the contact tab on the menu at the top of the page.
