We didn't have to deal with snowmageddon this year, so no matter what happens, 2011 is alright by me! Charlotte Russell got her very own pony for her birthday at the beginning of the month.  Jiminy Cricket's been a great addition to the farm; pony's don't come much cuter than him. 

The Mon Valley Equestrian Team  showed that hard work does pay off at their second to last competition this season.  At the February 12th show at the Grier School, our Middle School team finished Reserve Champion overall and our High School team finished 4th.  Brooke Kulasa also earned enough points to qualify for Zone 2 Finals on both the flat and over fences.  Great job guys!

As a reminder, Cricket (not Jiminy)  is going to celebrate her 30th birthday on March 18th.  We will have a party for her the following day, Saturday, March 19th from 3:30 to 4:30.  Horse and human cake will be provided.  Cards and simple horsey gifts are appreciated.
